The Fit Seniors Program is a specialized training program for adults 60+ years old. The program targets enhancing participants’ fitness aspects, including mobility, stability, balance, coordination, strength, and cardio. – Nutrition consultation per week. – Inbody Test per week – Training three days a week for 1 hour
