Fit Seniors Program

The Fit Seniors Program is a specialized training program for adults 60+ years old. The program targets enhancing participants' fitness aspects, including mobility, stability, balance, coordination, strength, and cardio. - Nutrition consultation per week. - Inbody Test per week - Training three days a week for 1 hour

Fit Kid Club

Fit Kid Club is a fitness training program for kids ages 9-12. It includes cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises. Led by experienced instructors, the program helps kids develop healthy habits and get fit in a fun and engaging way. Kids will get stronger, faster, more flexible, and have reduced risk of obesity and chronic diseases. They will also have improved mental health and self-esteem.
