Body Composition Analysis

Body composition is a method of breaking down the body into its core components: fat, protein, minerals, and body water. It describes your weight more accurately and provides a better glimpse into your overall health than traditional methods. Body composition analysis can accurately show changes in fat mass, muscle mass, and body fat percentage.

RMR Stands for Resting Metabolic Rate accurately measures how many calories you burn at rest, analyzes the composition of your breath, determining your oxygen consumption, to finally measure the rate at which you consume energy.

Vo2 Max

VO2 Max Stands for maximal oxygen consumption, refers to the maximum amount of oxygen that an individual can utilize during intense or maximal exercise. This measurement is generally considered the best indicator of cardiovascular fitness and aerobic endurance.
